As colorful autumn leaves adorn the trees and stores begin to replace the Halloween candy with decorations for the holidays, the dizzying realization that the year is almost over starts to sink in. How will you prepare your company for 2023? Is your team fully staffed?

2. The holidays tend to bring a slower pace to the workplace.
