Kathy Raymond presently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Slate Professional Resources, Inc. She is Owner of Washington Capital Resources, LLC, a small boutique receivables financing and equipment financing company and of Pylon Management, Inc., which is a management consulting firm which serves the staffing industry, including turnaround work, M & A support, contract negotiations and overall support on a consulting basis.
Prior to Washington Capital Resources, LLC and Pylon Management, Inc., she had over 14 years experience in the accounting industry and over 5 years in the legal field.
Ms. Raymond worked in the legal field. She has experience in many facets of the industry to include contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Private Placements and various SEC filings.
